We facilitate group and individual childbirth prep classes that assist individuals in building an understanding around how their bodies work during labor and birth.
Individuals can expect to explore topics, such as movement exercises, managing labor and birth, and seeking support while building up self-advocacy.

A doula is a professional trained in childbirth who provides emotional, physical and informational support to individuals expecting, experiencing labor, or who have recently given birth.
